Report Share. Some managers are so incompetent and they still work there. They need to have some kind of classes for managers and supervisors, so they learn how to talk to their employees. Pros Flexible hours. Cons Micromanagement. Working for Travers was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

The majority of the warehouse workers are a pleasure to be around. Managers and Supervisors are the complete opposite. Zero people skills and very phony personalities to boot. Total waste of time working for this company. Travers is a family owned company and you feel like part of the family.

Most of the employees who are not in a managerial role are good people. The pay is severely lacking for the work they expect you to do, which piles on as the day goes by due to favoritism by the warehouse supervisor. The guy, or lack thereof, is clueless in his role and talks a big game yet can't find his way out of a paper bag. He has his warehouse pet doing the easy tasks and shafts everyone else.

I wonder how he even obtained his title, seeing how he's a feebleminded liar, and everyone else who works under him pays the price. The consistent lying, bragging, and weird vibes from the supervisor were enough of a reason to quit. This place severely lacks any positives even to consider sticking around long term.

If the pay was better and the warehouse supervisor wasn't such a brown noser to the owner and plays favorites, it would be a decent place to work. Promises of advancement when being over worked is obvious and never follows through. Hires people not fit for leading position or positions held. Pros Friendly, monthly birthday cakes, unlimited coffee. Cons Short breaks, non paid vacation days, terrible warehouse supervisor, pay is very lacking.
